To complement our line of orienting belt sorters, C.S. Engineering manufactures modular oriented part air conveyor. We offer a variety of features and have flexibility for customization. These include auto-adjusting air conveyor for rapid changeover between parts, merge sections for switching between multiple sorters, lane combining, and more.
Static Air Conveyor
Our single lane air conveyor is a cost effective solution for jobs where the sorter can't be located near the capper. The modular design provides the flexibility to meet complicated layout requirements while remaining affordable.
Auto-Adjusting Air Conveyor
Our auto-adjusting air conveyor can accommodate jobs with multiple caps. Guides are adjusted using compressed air to quickly change over between parts, allowing a large range of dimensions to run on the same air conveyor.
